About

The College of Public Health and Health Professions Wellness Program is the first comprehensive college-wide wellness platform. It is designed to encourage faculty, staff, and students to engage in activities that will benefit their overall health and wellbeing. The program incorporates contemporary initiatives that encompass the eight dimensions of wellness, which are emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social and spiritual.

History

Led by Dr. Tara Sabo-Attwood, the PHHP Wellness Program was formed in May 2019. Health and wellness resources exist across campus, yet Dr. Sabo-Attwood was inspired to create a wellness program focused on the college community.
