WellConnect Series

No matter our circumstances, we face daily stress and anxiety. There is no better way than taking a few minutes each day to take care of ourselves and each other. These actions will benefit our physical, emotional, environmental and social wellbeing.  

In the spirit of providing a forum to promote self and community wellness in the college, the PHHP Wellness team brings you the WellConnect Series. We scheduled an activity or event each day of the week. These activities allow you to participate as an individual or group (with social distancing of course). Be on the lookout for more information on our “Team-Up” events happening each Friday.

Team-Ups!

The “Team-up option is a group activity that will be available to participants each week. These events will give you opportunities to experience fun wellness activities while engaging with other participants of the PHHP community.
